Neosensory Refer-a-friend Program (the “Referral Program”), allows people (“Referring User” or “Referring Users”) to receive benefits in the form of referral incentives (“User Incentive” or “User Incentives”) by referring friends (“Referred Friend” or “Referred Friends”) to become new users of Neosensory Buzz. Eligible Referred Friends will also receive User Incentives for making a qualifying purchase (“Qualifying Purchase”).
Eligibility
To be “Eligible,” a Referring User or a Referred Friend must be a legal resident of the United States of America and be at least 18 years old.
To qualify for User Incentives, a Referring User must use the Neosensory Buzz Refer-a-friend form, submit the required information, and agree to these Neosensory Buzz Referral Program Term & Conditions to get their referral link.
To qualify for User Incentives, a Referred Friend must agree to the Neosensory Terms of Service and make a Qualifying Purchase using the referral link provided to the Referring User.
Neosensory employees are not eligible to receive User Incentives.
Referring User and Referred Friend cannot be the same person.
Qualifying Purchase
A Referred Friend makes a Qualifying Purchase when they use the referral link provided to the Referring User to buy a Neosensory Buzz on neosensory.com and keep their Buzz for at least 45 days after purchase.
User Incentives
The User Incentive for the Referring User is $40 in the form of a check that will be mailed to the Referring User’s postal address a few weeks after the Qualifying Purchase.
The User Incentive for the Referred Friend is $40 in the form of a check that will be mailed to the Referred Friend’s postal address.
Referring Users may not receive more than 9 total lifetime User Incentives. Neosensory encourages Referring Users who receive 9 User Incentives to consider becoming a part of the Neosensory Affiliate program by contacting us at business@neosensory.com.
Termination and changes
Neosensory reserves the right to terminate any promotions associated with the Referral Program at any time and to refuse or recover any User Incentive if Neosensory determines that the User Incentives were obtained under wrongful or fraudulent circumstances, that inaccurate or incomplete information was provided by the Referred Friend when making a Qualifying Purchase, that any rules or regulations have been or would be violated, or that any Terms of Use have been violated. Neosensory has the right to review and investigate referral activities and suspend user accounts or modify referrals at Neosensory’s sole discretion.
Neosensory may update the terms of the Referral Program at any time without prior notice. If Neosensory modifies the terms of the Referral Program, it will post the modification on Neosensory’s website, which will become effective upon posting. Continued participation in the Referral Program after any modification will constitute consent to such modification.
Additional Referral Program terms
The Referral Program can be combined with other Neosensory other offers, except for promotions that cannot be combined with the Referral Program, or combined with any other offer. Except as required by law, User Incentives cannot substituted. User Incentives are void where prohibited.
As a result of participating in the Referral Program, Referring Users and Referred Friends may be subject to tax reporting and are responsible for tax obligations arising from the receipt of User Incentives.
Neosensory is not responsible for incorrect entries of information, failure to use a Referring User’s individualized referral link, or any other failure on the part of Referred Friends to meet the standards for qualifying for User Incentives. Final determination of eligibility for promotions offered by the Referral Program will be at the sole discretion of Neosensory Buzz.
